Lustrous golden amber color. Marinating spice, and charred meat, with subdued cooked banana and meringue aromas. A round, smooth entry leads to a dryish medium-bodied palate with grilled tropical fruit, salted/smoked meat, and peppery wood spice flavors. Finishes with dried herbs and spices and a wave of peppery heat. A nice spicy wood influenced reposado that should cut through well in a margarita.
